Participants will learn how to break down complex DEI concepts, assess their current efforts, envision a more inclusive future, develop actionable plans, and sustain progress over time. You'll also gain access to practical tools and resources that can be immediately applied within your organization.
The challenge is spread over five days, with each day focusing on a specific component of the DREAM framework. The first hour of each day will include live presentations and activities designed to help you apply what you’ve learned. The second hour will be for live coaching and Q&A and will be reserved for DEI Advocate and DEI Champion ticket holders.
While we encourage live participation to make the most of the interactive elements and networking opportunities, we understand that schedules can be busy. All sessions will be recorded and made available to registered participants so you can catch up on anything you miss at your convenience.
Yes, certified HR professionals can earn continuing education (CE) credits for participating in the challenge. General admission participants will receive 5 CEs, while VIP participants will receive 10 CEs. Certificates of completion will also be provided to all participants.
To participate in the challenge, you'll need a reliable internet connection, a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) with audio and video capabilities, and access to Zoom. We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari for the best experience.
Yes, the second hour of each day will be dedicated to live Q&A with our speakers. DEI Champion ticket holders will be able to submit at least one question live during the session, and our speakers will address as many as possible.
Absolutely! All participants will have access to recorded sessions and presentation materials for 30 days after the challenge ends. This way, you can revisit the content at your own pace and continue to benefit from the insights shared.
